Inspire Your Colleagues and Take Off Pressure

When executives start projects that are of high strategic importance, such as the development of a new product or an important change project, they are usually under enormous pressure, because the projects must by no means fail. They usually transfer this pressure to the project team. However, this does not lead to more projects being completed successfully, but only to the de-motivation of the team members.
